Established in 2002, the purpose of Partners with PARC is to conduct
activities that are exclusively charitable. Partners with PARC shall involve itself with activities for the benefit of people of Putnam County, New York, with developmental disabilities.

Partners with PARC is governed by a volunteer board of leaders in the field of developmental disabilities, parents, advocates, business leaders and members of the community. Those members include:
